Event Details
The Outdoor Fitness Club is a free, monthly, drop-in outdoor workout designed to help adults and teens build strength, mobility, and healthy movement habits in a supportive and friendly environment.
Each session includes:
- Functional bodyweight exercises suitable for everyday life
- Low-impact, scalable movements for all fitness levels
- A guided cool-down and stretch to support recovery and mobility
- Emphasis on consistency, confidence, and long-term health habits
- Access to the "Family Legacy Project" free online Skool community, which includes:
- Sustainable nutrition education and habit-building guidance
- Simple at-home workouts and movement ideas; 60+ Recipes & more!
- Supportive accountability and family-focused health resources
- Free samples of high-quality protein powder, bars, energy drinks, and wellness products (ages 18+)
This is a drop-in series, so participants may attend any session without committing to the full series. Each workout is self-contained, making it easy for new participants to join at any time.
Sessions are non-competitive, approachable, and centered on building community and sustainable health habits through movement.
All activities will take place outdoors in the front lawn of the library rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather. No equipment or prior fitness experience is required. Participants are welcome to bring a yoga mat if they’d like extra comfort during the cool-down and stretching portion.
To reach the front lawn: from the parking lot, head to the left of the 1st floor courtyard and walk around the side of the library building.
About the presenter:
Max Quinn, M.Ed., is a nutrition & mindset coach, community leader, and founder of The Family Legacy Project, a coaching practice focused on helping individuals and families build strength, healthy habits, and long-term wellness. After losing over 80 pounds through consistent training, nutrition, and accountability, he now helps others create sustainable results through simple, practical lifestyle changes.
He hosts the Outdoor Fitness Club at the Marlborough Public Library, a free monthly outdoor workout designed to help adults and teens build strength, improve mobility, and develop healthy movement habits in a supportive community environment.
