In this program Sarah Hodge-Wetherbe will help us explore the world of Japanese Animation. The history of the art form is covered, as well as genres, stylistic and visual components. We talk also about American anime fan culture. Visual aids and clips are included to help illustrate the wonderful and unique world of a film style that is becoming more and more popular in America, and all over the world.
Recommended for teens and adults ages 13 and older!
