Reserve a Room

Study Rooms are intended for groups of 1-4 people and can be reserved for up to two hours a day by an individual.

Reservations will be held for only 15 minutes after the start of the reserved time. Please check in at the Information Desk on the first floor for rooms 1A-1C or the Welcome Desk on the second floor for rooms 2A-2B.

Any reservation for a group limits all participants to the same daily limits; chain reservations by multiple people to secure consecutive reservations are not allowed. Violating this rule may result in suspension of booking privileges by all group members.

The library can provide test proctoring and spaces for test taking. Please email the Adult Services Department for more information.

Meeting Rooms are intended for groups of 5 or more people and can be reserved for up to 4 hours in a day, once a month, by a group or an organization.

Please keep in mind that per our Meeting Room Use Policy the meeting you are hosting must be free and open to the public. It can’t be a private meeting where members of the public would not be able to attend from outside of your organization and you can’t charge for attendance. So, if the meeting would deny someone entry for not being part of the group, we’re not the right place for the meeting.

Meeting Room requests are subject to approval and not automatically approved. For-profit organizations will need to pay a small fee for Meeting Room usage - please see the Room Reservation Policy for more information. Requests for use of a meeting room are made by completing the Application for Meeting Room Use form online below or on paper and submitting it to Library Administration no more than sixty (60) days in advance and no sooner than (7).

Check availability and make a request by searching either By Room or By Day.
