Welcome to the Climate Café! In this monthly series, we'll be hosting presenters on select Saturday mornings to speak about topics like environmentalism and nature, climate change, wildlife protection, and more. Complimentary coffee and pastries will be provided!

In this Café, we're excited to welcome back Alyssa Giaquinto from the Giaquinto Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. In this engaging session, we’ll explore how to safely and respectfully coexist with our native wildlife. Whether you’re out on a peaceful nature walk or spot an unexpected visitor in your own backyard, this talk will provide helpful tips on what to do and what not to do when encountering wild animals.

Come learn how small actions can make a big difference in protecting both wildlife and people. We hope to see you there! You'll also have the chance to meet Alyssa's educational ambassador barn owl, Bella, and learn all about her vulnerable species.

Join us on Saturday, September 6th at 1:00pm in the Grice Community Room. No registration required!
