Demystifying Shakespeare Through Performance: Julius Caesar

Are you afraid of Shakespeare? Do you feel like there’s something there you’re not getting? Come join us and learn about the material practices of the Elizabethan theater and some of the niceties of Early Modern English. We will learn by doing. Volunteers will act out scenes in a beginner-friendly manner using Cue Scripts. Our featured play will be Julius Caesar. Caesar may have to beware the Ides of March, but you don't have to!
