Are you a fan of horror movies? Movies in general? Weird stories? You're in luck! The High Strangeness book club will be screening Perfume: The Story of a Murderer directed by Tom Tykwer. This is an adaptation of the book read during last month's club meeting, but you do not have to read the book to come enjoy the film. 

About the movie: 

Jean-Baptiste Grenouille, born with a superior olfactory sense, creates the world's finest perfume. His work, however, takes a dark turn as he searches for the ultimate scent.

About the High Strangeness Book Club:

The High Strangeness Book Club is a space where overlooked, unconventional, and grotesque narratives are celebrated by a community of adult readers who want to delve deeper into examining the darkness and surrealism of intergenre horror.

Meetings are on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm.
