Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher, Lauren, for a calming virtual lunch break meditation. In this 30-minute mindfulness meditation class, you will learn daily mindfulness tools, calm your mind and body, and reduce stress.
There is no registration required to attend this class - to join the class via Teams, simply click on the button in the upper right-hand corner of this page at 12pm on Friday, November 8th.
