Join us for an afternoon of Paper Quilling - open to adults & teens.
Create beautiful works of art by twisting paper into shape! Easy to learn, simple to master & relaxing to do.
Join us in-person at the library - we'll be gathered in the Grice Community Room on Saturday, September 14th @ 3PM.
