Join us in the Grice Community Room for this all levels class! 

Start your morning with a relaxing yoga flow. Our practice will incorporate synchronization of breath and mindful movement, while we explore postures to build strength, balance, stability, and to find peace within our morning. 

Please bring props to support your practice, including a yoga mat, blocks and/or strap. 

Emma Bartolini of Shine & Shadow Yoga is a CYT 200 HR Yoga Teacher/ Gentle Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga and Children's Yoga Teacher.

Emma offers creative flow style classes that bring movement to the body and stillness to the mind. Her passion for movement arts shines through with influences that engage students in dynamic sequences. Her classes incorporate slower, stress-relieving flows with mindful breathing, and restful meditations.
