Program Description
Event Details
Make a spooky candle at the library! Each participant will make one container “spooky candle” using soy wax, color, fragrance oils and a spooky toy.
Once the wax has cooled undisturbed for approximately 24 hours, the participants will take their candle home and may burn it after a 2 week curing period.
