Teen Career Series: Entrepreneurship

Join us for our teen-inspired Teen Career Series. Brought to you by the Teen Advisory Board, each session focuses on a different career field. 

Panelists from the community will share their experiences leading up to their current career, followed by a Q&A.

Our October panel will focus on Entrepreneurship with Alyson Cox from Word on the Street and Melynda Gallagher of Lost Shoe Brewing and Roasting Company.

Melynda Gallagher is the co-owner of Lost Shoe Brewing and Roasting Company in Marlborough. A member of the Marlborough Recreation Commission and Marlborough Economic Development Corporation board member, Melynda makes community a priority in both her business and personal life. 

Alyson Cox is the owner of Word on the Street bookstore in downtown Marlborough.  She is also a librarian who has worked in public and school libraries in Marlborough and beyond.
