A 45 minute creative movement group for ages birth through 2.5 with a grown-up. Group is focused on adult and baby fostering attachment, and baby interacting with others their age. Get groovy to upbeat music with props, instruments, and a story.
This Chair Yoga class will take you through gentle stretches and strengthening poses utilizing a chair as a prop. We will start seated then gradually build to some standing poses using the chair for support. Variations will be provided.
