Join Ms. Mae for a morning of music, dancing, and fun! 

Author Marc Millon discusses how his book, Italy in a Wineglass: The Story of Italy Through Its Wines, came about and highlights the intricate and intimate links between Italian history and Italian wine.

This Chair Yoga class will take you through gentle stretches and strengthening poses utilizing a chair as a prop. We will start seated then gradually build to some standing poses using the chair for support. Variations will be provided.
