Event Details
This Chair Yoga class will take you through gentle stretches and strengthening poses utilizing a chair as a prop. We will start seated then gradually build to some standing poses using the chair for support. Variations will be provided. Focus will be mainly on stretching the muscles of the hips, shoulders, neck, arms, and back.
