Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher, Lauren, for a calming lunch break meditation. Classes will be held virtually on Fridays, August 1, 8, and 15 from 12:00-12:30 pm. In these 30-minute mindfulness meditation classes, you will learn daily mindfulness tools, calm your mind and body, and reduce stress. Participants will be introduced to, and guided through, a different type of meditation each class:

8/1 - Mindfulness and Breathwork for Emotion Regulation
8/8 - Movement Meditation (ft. light movement and breathing. No equipment needed.)
8/15 - Gratitude & Loving Kindness Meditation
