Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher, Lauren, for a calming lunch break meditation. Classes will be held virtually on Fridays, February 7, 14 and 21 from 12:00-12:30 pm.
Join Ms. Jennie for ABC Storytime! Each week we'll listen to stories, practice writing letters and create a craft using letters of the alphabet.
This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.

In celebration of Black History Month, we are thrilled to present a program of African-American spirituals and piano works by African-American women composers, featuring baritone Ron Williams and and pianist Olga Rogach.
This Chair Yoga class will take you through gentle stretches and strengthening poses utilizing a chair as a prop. We will start seated then gradually build to some standing poses using the chair for support. Variations will be provided.
