This Chair Yoga class will take you through gentle stretches and strengthening poses utilizing a chair as a prop. We will start seated then gradually build to some standing poses using the chair for support. Variations will be provided.

Calling all little artists! Each month we'll explore a variety of materials and tools and create masterpieces. This program is meant for children ages 2 to 6, but children of all ages are welcome.

Join Alyssa for a Winter Wildlife Workshop! Families are invited to come and do various wildlife crafts, learn some interesting facts about how wildlife get through the cold winter months and meet a barn owl.
