Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher, Lauren, for a calming lunch break meditation. Classes will be held virtually on Fridays, February 7, 14 and 21 from 12:00-12:30 pm. In these 30-minute mindfulness meditation classes, you will learn daily mindfulness tools, calm your mind and body, and reduce stress. Participants will be introduced to, and guided through, a different type of meditation each class. See below for class details:
2/7 - Nervous System Relaxation
2/14 - Movement Meditation (ft. light movement and breathing. No equipment needed.)
2/21 - Nature Meditation (ft. breathwork and mantra meditation)
